Hey, y’all. Sorry I missed last week. My daughter had her baby (no pics per my daughter’s request), and I just didn’t have it in me to write anything. This week will be a quick one, I think, as I am currently at said daughter’s home to help out for a few days.

Before I left, I started on one of two wreaths for my front door. I found the ribbon at Costco for a reasonable price and since I’d been actively looking for ribbon, I snatched them up.

⬅️ These are the ones I chose. I wanted something semi springlike, but not super in your face. Sort of transitional, if you will.

I grabbed my wire forms from the dollar store.

I watched a video on You Tube to get the effect I wanted. Something different from both my fall and Christmas wreaths. If you’re interested in that link, let me know in the comments and I’ll reply with it.

This wreath took me less than an hour of work—give or take. And while it still needs a little fluffing, I like it. (Sorry for the busy background. I thought I’d grabbed a pic before I left, but didn’t and had to have my husband snap one for me.)

I hope to get myself organized for next week. I pray y’all have had a great year so far, and it only gets better.

PS. I’ve started writing again. Here’s hoping and praying for a productive year.
