My word for 2024 is ABIDE. The above verse is my verse of the year.

There are a lot of changes coming for my family in 2024. My youngest leaves for boot camp (Air Force). The next youngest will get married in the spring. The one above him has plans to move a farther distance than she currently is. We’re considering down-sizing our home–nothing’s final on this one yet. And those are just the things I KNOW about. 🙂

I need to abide in God, my Father, Comforter, Strength.

Throughout this last month, I have posted many songs. I hope you have truly listened to them, even if you’ve heard them before. I hope you let them dig deep and change you.

I don’t know what 2024 will bring for you, and truly, I say all of the above will happen, but I don’t know for sure. It’s all in God’s hands.

I also don’t know what 2024 will bring for this blog or my writing. I am writing again, which is great, but it’s slow. I have the goal of releasing ONE book in 2024. If more happens, I’ll be ecstatic. If it doesn’t, then … oh, well.
