Hello again my reader friends!
My children are grown, but the Holiday Crazies still find me. I swear that I won’t get caught up in the frenzy every year, but I do.
I took a break from them today to brew myself a cup of tea. What I created on accident ended up being a treat I wanted to share. I add a splash of almond milk, so there is a fraction of a gram of sugar, but nothing in the tea.
This isn’t really a recipe. I brewed an extra-large cup of hot water and stuck in two bags like I always do. This time I stuck in one bag of Peppermint Bark tea plus one bag of Peppermint and Creamy Vanilla. The delight about 10 min later when I finally got back to my cup was share-worthy for all of us who aren’t supposed to have sugar but need a treat. Like I said, I do add a splash of almond milk. Doctor it up however you like. You are worth it!
