My Review

I’m a sucker for Amish romance. I cannot lie. They’re sweet. I don’t have to worry about things I don’t want to read (at least, not with these authors). And God is a prominent part of their lives. I felt for Lorene and Ryan in Evergreen Love. Henry’s cluelessness in Holiday of Hope made me giggle. I had hope for Mary and Jakob, despite their adamant protests as I read Wreathed in Joy. And A Christmas Prayer had me sighing at the second chance at love for Micah and a first for Rachel. I loved each of these stories.

Why does it seem like God is punishing her family when she’s finally starting to turn her life around? Can she convince Devon that she has changed? Can Devon trust the woman who broke his brothers’ hearts?

 

My Review

All of these stories were heartwarming. Friends to Mann and Fraa, a second chance at love, and an about-face for a woman who just wants to be loved. Life is not easy for them, but they muster through and find love in the end. I enjoyed reading them.

My Review

I was on the edge of my seat, leaning forward, devouring this book. It was SO good. I love S&R books involving K-9s anyway, so this one just hit the spot. Christy Barritt has a way with words that just draws a soul in.
