I haven’t posted in a while, mostly because my last few posts were attacked by spammers trying to comment.

I’d like to start posting regularly again, and I hope some of you who read will also comment and/or share.

I heard a song this morning supposedly sung by a well-known Christian artist, but when I searched for the video, I found that it was an AI generated song, attributed to several different artists. 🙁 That makes me sad. Oh well. AI is getting better and better, but it’s still fake or stolen work. I hate that people are making money off it in these ways. It could be such a help in other areas, but there’s so much deception.

Anyway, here’s a basic update on me…

I have started writing again, though not as much as I would like. I hope to have this novella (more than likely around 60,000 words) out by the end of the year. It will be a stand alone story. It is tentatively titled You are Hired Loved.

I became a Gigi to four this year. My grands are now 3yr M, 19m F, 10m F, and 4m M. Sorry, no pics. With the depravity of the world these days, I have chosen to not post pics of them anywhere.

My husband and I returned from a trip to Scotland last week. It was a LONG 11 days of driving (on the left side of the road) around the country. We clocked almost 1,000 miles on our rental car. Check out the pics below.

Also, in the works is a YouTube channel. It will not be writing related, but arts/crafts centered. I think it will be Bed of Roses Creations or Spirit Rose Creations. I haven’t decided on that completely yet, though I am leaning more toward Spirit Rose as Spirit Rose Press my “publishing company” on Amazon. I think my first video will be me setting up a travel journal to log all of the ephemera (random paper items) I collected while in Scotland.

This is short and sweet, as I need to get to writing for a little while. Here are some pics… (look for some of these on upcoming books in my Scottish Castles series). I haven’t labeled all these yet, so you can search if you want to know–it’s what I’ll have to do when I get to it.
